"They were in meeting for 10 hours that day and I honestly believe they became energized once we got started. I also think breaking up the buddies by giving them team assignment cards upon walk-in was great! They initially didn't like it but even VP commented on it the next day that it gave people from different teams the chance to work together with someone they probably would have barely spoken to before. We didn't lose very many people which just goes to show you how much fun everyone was having. "
