Treehouse decided on an 80's theme for their annual meeting. As a night of teambuilding and camaraderie, we produced our 80's Time Machine. 32 teams traveled to 4 stations to partake in retro programs and earn points.Did they have fun? Like, totally, dude!

Participants engaged in a corporate olympiad right on Oak Street Beach! Culminating in a decisive champion, active and fun team building events engaged Ashford employees (and passersby) throughout the sunny afternoon at the lake!

Synopsis:
To kick off a day of meetings, Hospira wanted their group to get to know one another a bit better and have some fun. CEI hosted a Corporate Olympiad comprised of four teams, and challenges including Olympic Rings, Broom Soccer and Baseball Roll.

As a fun interactive activity during their course of meetings, a national food company brought in CEI to produce Mission Possible. Squads performed a series of challenges to impress the Director of the FBI (Fun Bureau of Interaction).

American Hotel Challenge - Hospitality Expo Team Challenges

Location: Marriott Lincolnshire Resort

Client: The Meetinghouse Companies, Inc.

Synopsis:
This Hotel Supplier wanted to encourage light competition and heavy interaction during their dinner in this series of meetings. We incorporated their terms, themes and materials to truly customize the game stations for this event. The chain's staff and their clients were entertained and educated as they followed their rotation schedule through 5 different challenges.

Mission Possible

Synopsis:
Frito Lay tapped CEI to produce a fun night during their series of meetings. This year, the theme was Mission Possible. Teams gathered and, following a rotation schedule, traveled to locations around the room to perform themed challenges like Toxic Waste and Crack the Code. This message will self destruct in 5....4....3....2.....

USG Back in Black Challenge

Synopsis:
The USG Financial team was undergoing a computer program upgrade, and thought this would be the perfect chance to get their financial managers offsite for a lunch meeting and teambuilding. To tie into their 'Back in Black' theme, CEI incorporated a budget for the teams. Each team was given money to spend on 'bribes' at each challenge. They had an opportunity to 'buy' better placing, or add some time to their challenge.

Hobbs B'not Mitzvah

Synopsis:
Mother, daughter and grandmother celebrated with friends and family after their B'not Mitzvah by incorporating some Corporate Event Team Challenges before taking full advantage of the jumbo inflatable attractions at Pump it Up in Glenview, Illinois. Eight teams of participants ranging from 4 to 75 years old participated in a set of lively team competitions including Broom Ball, Connecting Channels and Human Chain as guests not only had fun together but also were able to bond after the B'not Mitzvah ceremonies.

Team Spark with Get Connected Challenges

Synopsis:
One hundred and sixty sales professionals from Wolters Kluwer Legal Markets Group gathered for their annual sales meeting in Chicago and Corporate Event Interactive was tasked with "Getting the Team Connected" to coincide with the overall theme of their meeting. After some preliminary discussions with the client Corporate Event Interactive produced its Team Spark program which featured a series of 30-minute "Get Connected" team challenges that had participants solving puzzles, connecting channels and building towers using Rogers Connection magnetic building pieces. The final challenge linking everyone together was to build the team towers tall and strong enough to support plastic tubes that transferred ping-pong balls from team to team to a final container, creating a giant, functional "team machine."

Synopsis:
For a private family birthday party, CEI produced a "Survive Alive!" experience with two family "tribes" battling it out over 9 challenges to win the most immunity beads and of course family bragging rights!

International Marketing Team Tournament

Location: Illinois Beach Resorts

Synopsis:
After a morning of meetings, this Abbott group wanted to have a little fun and friendly competition with a variety of picnic games and team challenges. CEI provided the equipment and high energy staff for the program. Teams participated in Ladder Golf, Jarts, Horseshoes and Bocce Ball, among others.

Synopsis:
Produced an interactive Family Olympics complete with team challenges and a medals ceremony to end a weekend family retreat.

Teaming Up for Success

Synopsis:
This group hit the beach for more than just your average day in the sun. CEI organized fun beach-themed games such as Giant Beach Ball Pass and Back to Back Water Balloon races. Prizes were awarded once the tie breaker of connecting channels was won.

Corporate Olympiad

Synopsis:
A team of 80 Wolters Kluwer professionals kicked off their annual meeting with spirited competitions including Trick Shots, Olympic Rings and Broom Ball. Led by our high-energy emcee and energetic staff teams "battled" to collect the most gold coins by winning the various activity stations and winning the praise of fellow competitors!

Medela's Mission Possible

Synopsis:
35 people got together to save Neville the Gnome from the evil forces at Avent. Participating in challenges like Squad Overboard and Catapult, our facilitator also shed some light on how they reflect into the workplace. The gnome was saved, and everyone was happy.

Frito-Lay Olympiad

Location: Eaglewood Resort and Spa

Synopsis:
After their rollout meeting and awards program, Frito-Lay managers took part in the Frito Lay Olympiad. Guests had the opportunity to let loose, network and have fun as they competed in a variety of Olympic themed challenges. Gold coins were awarded at each challenge and then cashed in for raffle tickets.

Synopsis:
CEI created 8 different game stations for ConAgra's "Play to Win in '08" theme team event. Created a rotation schedule designed to have multiple teams compete against each other for bragging rights all while developing teamwork and camaraderie.

Games In A Box

Synopsis:
Seventy administrators from this major lending institution came together in a competitive spirit to test their skills in a series of seven Games In The Box challenges including maneuvering hula hoops through a human chain and building and shooting catapults.

Mission Possible

Synopsis:
Mission Possible was the theme for the highly competitive top sales people from this pharmaceutical company. The mission they were chosen to accept included the Rain Gutter Regatta, Pass the Message, and walking through a Minefield, among others. Each team was given a "Secret Agent Packet" and got further directions from the Head Commander via tapes.

Synopsis:
Following a merger of suppliers and management of a nationwide brake parts manufacturer, 20 top managers of the company gathered for meetings in the morning and team building in the afternoon. The Oak Brook Sports Core was the setting and CE Team Games were the means of breaking the ice amongst a group of people from Virginia and Chicago's suburbs.

Horse Racing Theme Game Challenges

Synopsis:
To celebrate the opened a new office in the Chicago area, AMC Mortgages wanted their employees to have a fun afternoon to get to know each other better. This 350+ person event included trivia, touch pads, and an obstacle course among others. The event was produced using rotations, giving the group a chance to mix things up and work with people they don't work with every day. It ended with each team betting on a video horse race to increase their chances of winning.

Putt Putt Engineering and You're Fired Theme Challenges

Location: Grand Geneva Resort and Spa

Synopsis:
Three of this companies top managers turned into Donald Trump and his assistants, George and Karen, at this quarterly retreat of corporate consultants at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. CEI helped create two sets of challenges for Donald and his team to determine the quality of his "apprentices." In the morning, teams competed in a series of team challenges, modified to a high finance theme including "Transferring the Funds" and "Communicating The Vision." The afternoon's challenge included designing and creating a functional miniature golf course out of supplies such as wood, foam noodles and aluminum foil. And yes, like the popular television show, someone was "fired", but in this case team leaders took the fall as they stepped into a dunk tank for their official "firing."

Synopsis:
Following a two day meeting on how to better business this group of 175 top sales people for the company competed in Olympic Challenges ranging from Baseball transfer to International Diplomacy to Javelin Walk. The outcome was a great event and even some fabulous crowd reaction.

12 Tribes of Israel

Synopsis:
The "12 Tribes of Israel" was the theme for this B'nai Mitzvah for 100 guests. Contests pitted adults vs. the kids in a variety of challenges including the Zebulun Build a Shelter Station and the Issachar Brain Teaser Station.

Synopsis:
Over 300 sales reps stirred up the enemy at this after-dinner spirited competition. Six large teams of 50 or more people gathered around a central playing area where teams battled at unique relays and team competitions.

Synopsis:
Beach activities including volleyball, sandcastle construction and horseshoes was on the agenda for this group in the effort to best enjoy Chicago's wonderful lakefront playground.

Synopsis:
The Olympics in the bar of the Holiday Inn was the challenge for this project as 40 chamber members created 4 Olympic Teams to compete in challenges ranging from "Broom Soccer" to Olympic Trivia. Led by Caesar, these "ancient" Greek contests created lots of cheers and many networking opportunities.

Synopsis:
Over 200 participants formed 16 teams and competed in a unique combination of experiential challenges (Noodle Walk, Geometric Jumbles, etc.) and traditional pub games such as Ping Pong and darts. A spirited Round Robin tournament was created which also featured teams making their own team name, designing a flag and creating a chant to go along.

Synopsis:
600 participants each wearing a tribe colored bandana and many waving a custom-created tribal flag, converged on our "Survive Alive!" staff at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Dallas, TX. Fortunately our 30 plus staff members were well-trained and ready for the excitement. Twenty-four tribes traveled from "island to island" to compete their challenge and win the most immunity beads that would guarantee them the ultimate survival in this game of skill and quick wits.

Produced a Survive Alive! team program for a sales department of 60 participants. Included in the program was a Brown Bag Skit activity where teams incorporated household items and toys such as fly swatters and Frisbees into a unique two-minute skit.

"Mining for Gold"

Synopsis:
"Mining for Gold" was the theme as over 300 participants competed in a round robin of mining theme game stations. Traversing as a team through a giant maze, building a spaghetti bridge, digging for gems and loading "coal" were all part of this interactive team experience.

After two long days filled with seminars and meetings, this group of 35 law firm support staff changed direction and took off for the beach. Here they were met with an even greater challenge, could they Survive Alive? Participants tested their skills balancing balls on a shield, transferring monkeys using bamboo poles and answering survival trivia questions.

In an effort to create an environment encouraging the retention of their summer associates, attorneys at this prestigious law firm joined their associates for an evening of fun "survival" challenges at a local restaurant. Tribes of attorneys and summer associates tested their survival skills as they built bamboo structures, shot at wilderness targets with slingshots, solved puzzles, transferred bean bag monkeys with bamboo poles, and transported inflatable fish atop tribal shields.

Created a team tournament at the American Club in Kohler, WI for a national meeting. The challenge was to get the group to loosen up and have fun playing non-athletic games. Teams rotated to various stations playing Nerf volleyball, miniature golf, hose hockey and whiffleball.
