Tropical Game Stations

Synopsis:
125 people came together to break their winter blues by enjoying a tropical themed event where they competed in various stations in order to win tickets for summer themed prizes.

Heartland Region Reception

Location: Blue Chip Casino

Client: Frito Lay

Synopsis:
To top off their day of meetings, the operations department of Frito Lay had some fun interactive elements to their dinnertime reception. Games included Golf Putting Challenge, Dance Heads, Pop a Shot, Air Hockey and Ping Pong. Players won raffle tickets for some fantastic prizes.

Cornelius Carnival

Location: Hyatt Lodge

Synopsis:
After meeting for a few days, our client wanted a fun interactive activity that got guests moving about and kept them engaged. We offered midway games that individuals could play and earn points for their team. Offerings included 'Catapult Pizza', 'Ring the Tiki Gods' and 'Inflatable Fishing'. For those not so interested in the games, we also included riddle and puzzle clues for them to complete.

IT's Still Rock and Roll to Me

Synopsis:
A local pharmaceutical company was providing dinner for their international staff that was in for a series of meetings. They wanted some interaction during dinner and encouraged guests to form teams to play Rock and Roll stations such as Assemble the Band and Guess that Music Video.

Team '13 Reception

Location: Blue Chip Casino

Client: Frito Lay

Synopsis:
As a top off to their day of meetings, Frito Lay had a reception including fun snacks, Dance Heads, lively music and a raffle. Guests earned raffle tickets at game stations, including a shooting gallery, pop a shot, golf putting challenge and trivia.

Station Activities for Trade Show Reception

Location: Sheraton Chicago

Synopsis:
Teamed up with Total Event Resources to provide Chicago World's Fair activity stations for a reception for this national food distributing company. Stations included old fashion skee-ball, cork gun gallery and a green screen photo booth with lots of costumes for guests to wear!

Bulls vs. Nets Theme Game Station

Synopsis:
Created and ran customized game stations for pregame period of an NBA game.

Abbott Fall Fest

Location: Abbott Laboratories

Client: Total Event Resources

Synopsis:
In an effort to encourage employees to donate to one of several charities Abbott supports, they held a festival fundraiser. It helped the charities get information to employees and employees got to have some fun in the process. They bet on potato sack races, played pumpkin bowling and corn hole. For a small donation, they were even able to throw a pie in an executive's face!

Theme Game Stations

Synopsis:
This international group selected the Chicago History Museum for their event dinner, and wanted some fun interaction that would fit in nicely. CEI provided three game stations with Chicago History flair, including a Gangster Shooting Gallery, You Can't Be Serious Chicago trivia, and, in the spirit of the Columbian Exposition Midway, Milk Bottle Knockdown.

Gangster Target Practice

Location: The Drake Hotel

Client: Kuoni Destination Management Inc.

Synopsis:
For an activity station for a business reception, guests for this international petroleum company took turns trying to shoot down images of famous Chicago gangsters on a "cat rack" using cork guns.

Music Trivia & Name That Tune

Location: United Center

Client: Productions USA

Synopsis:
The Toronto Raptors raided the United Center and the team from CEI was ready with interactive and fun music related theme game stations to energize the crowd before they took their seats to cheer the Chicago Bulls to victory. Both Music Trivia & Name That Tune where great game stations that tested both the young and old on their knowledge of popular music both then and now!

Party-Gras Game Stations

Synopsis:
Flying Jesters and Doubloon Toss were the games De jour for this Mardi Gras style celebration prior to the Chicago Bulls battling the New Orleans Hornets in an NBA regular season clash. Both game stations, open for play by both adults and children alike, were dressed out for any good Carnival celebration in festive gold, green and yellow Mardi Gras decor.

Capture the Raptors

Location: United Center

Client: Productions USA

Synopsis:
CEI produced themed game stations to get the Chicago Bulls crowd into the spirit for the game before it started with the Toronto Raptors. A magnetic "blindfolded" fishing game over a large backdrop and a giant "Mousetrap" style game were setup in the concourse of the United Center to test guests' skills at capturing the elusive Raptors.

Sock It to the Rockets

Location: United Center

Client: Productions USA

Synopsis:
Provided four fun stations for attendees to win prizes. One had a ball of socks at the end of a string, and attendees swung the 'ball' to knock over Rockets Players; another had small rockets, and challengers attempted to throw rings around them. At the third station, guests attempted to put a sock on a rocket - while wearing boxing gloves. The final station challenged guests to fling rockets into a Chicago Bulls bucket.

Feeding Hungry Children Game Stations

Location: ConAgra Foods Office

Client: ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Synopsis:
Designed and ran six Theme Game Stations all focused around the theme of feeding hungry children for a lunchtime fundraiser hosted by ConAgra Foods. Over 300 people participated in games such as Bowling Over Hunger (trying to knock down pins with hunger related slogans) and No Cup Left Unfilled (a tossing game where participant's tried to "fill" various size cups/trophies). CEI's games, along with the fund-raising efforts of the ConAgra team, generated over $12,000 to donate to various hunger related charities.

Fiesta!

Synopsis:
Provided two festive game stations for attendees to play before Bulls Game - Pinata Pile up and Spin the Sombrero!

Party Gras with the Presidents

Location: United Center

Synopsis:
Provided a special 2-part President's Day theme game station -- participants answer trivia question related to 6 presidents -- then tossed doubloon at photo. Had to complete both parts to win.

Timber the Wolves

Location: United Center

Client: Productions USA

Synopsis:
Produces two games including -- Knock Down the Timberwolves where participants tried to knock down laminated photos of Timberwolves on board and -- Timber the Timberwolves where participants used croquet mallet to hit ball and knock over two towers of foam cinder blocks with Timberwolves Logo attached.

Building the Dream Team

Synopsis:
The Chicago Bulls season opened with a hope and a dream to build a perfect team that would go all the way to the Finals. CEI created and ran two game stations to fit this theme. Game attendees tried to "catch" the titles or use pictured blocks to build the best team quickly.

Carnival Games

Synopsis:
TBA called upon CEI to provide some fun games as a networking dinner kick off to a few days of meetings. Guests tested their skills at tossing bean bags, shooting down foam targets, goofy golf and basketball bounce, among others.

Wild Wild West Game Fest

Location: United Center

Synopsis:
To fit in with the evening's Western Theme, CEI brought out two popular game stations for guests to try out. In one, they got a chance to shoot at foam targets, and at the other, they bowled down cacti. Each game allowed opportunities to win prizes.

Sink The Warriors

Synopsis:
To fit a rock music theme, we hosted a music trivia station. Guests answered questions about popular bands, lyrics and videos in order to win a prize.

Benny's Party Gras

Synopsis:
Benny's birthday was a Mardi Gras theme this year, so we thought it only appropriate to have Flying Jesters to celebrate. Guests loaded small jesters into a catapult and shot them through windows of a castle in order to win prizes.

Ring in the Thunder

Synopsis:
Created and ran one game station - Ring in the Thunder - for the Chicago Bulls v. Oklahoma City pregame festivities. Attendees attempted to throw rings around the Oklahoma City Players for prizes.

Make The Nets Fret

Synopsis:
Created and ran two theme game stations - Shooting For The Nets (trying to score baskets from various locations with "flame" balls) and Knock Down The Nets (using a air gun and Nerf balls to knock down images of Nets players from a cat rack) for the pregame festivities prior to a Chicago Bulls, New Jersey Nets basketball game.

Cactus Bowling

Synopsis:
Provided a Cactus Bowling Theme Game Station to entertain children and adults alike prior to the Chicago Bulls basketball game versus the Memphis Grizzlies.

Spur Toss

Synopsis:
Provided Record A Hit with all the supplies they needed for a Spur Toss game for their corporate client. Included were assorted "spurs," various size cowboy boots for targets, hay bales, a spittoon, cacti pins and bowling ball and a burlap backdrop for decor.

Dartboard Station and staff

Synopsis:
Whirlyball and laser tag tournaments were the main event for this group. On The Scene called upon CEI to add a dartboard and staffing for stations where teams could earn extra points and come out on top.

Fantastic Fall Festival

Location: Gaylord Opryland Hotel

Synopsis:
CEI brought a western county fair to Nashville and invited teams to stuff scarecrows, decorate pumpkins and participate in other station activities while networking, and earning gold coins for their team. The evening culminated with some pie eating contests and line dancing instruction.

Chicago Theme Game Stations

Synopsis:
CEI set up three game areas for this evening of fun at "The Best of Chicago" for ABN Amro and their clients. Guests guessed at the number of candies in a jar, the price of Chicago-made items and tried a spin at the Chicago trivia wheel.

Rajin' Cajun Jamboree

Ye Olde Carnivale Game Stations with Black Jack Tables

Synopsis:
The was a lot of royal merriment as over 300 guests at this Renaissance theme holiday party tried their luck ringing the royals, catapulting rocks at a castle, stumping the court jester and taking aim with their bow and arrow at the Ye Olde Carnivale.

Rajin Cajin Jamboree

Synopsis:
Added Rajin' Cajun theme games and prizes for Silver Anniversary celebration in airplane hangar. Guests tried their luck at games to win keys and a chance to unlock the coveted treasure chest full of "loot."

Synopsis:
Holiday-themed carnival games, such as Ring the Candy Cane and Catapulting Snowballs helped provide an activity for employee's families attending an open house at their corporate office.

Moldmaking Trade Show Reception

A galaxy of space age game stations, including Cosmic Bowling and Ring the Planets, awaited guests as they arrived to this intergalactic reception following an industrial trade show.

Company Picnic

Synopsis:
Little and big partners alike joined together at the "Roundup at the Big Z Corral." Old West skill challenges such as rodeo roping and target shooting were tested during this afternoon of picnic fun.

Cleantech Trade Show Reception

A Wild, Wild West Game Fest had attendees at this trade show reception "hooting and hollering" as they tossed spurs, bowled cactuses and took aim with cork guns at Old West theme targets.

Rajin Cajin Jamboree

Synopsis:
Over 200 owners and managers of auto parts stores enjoyed the revelry of Mardi Gras at this networking event. Participants visited game stations including Doubloon Toss, Bayou Bowling, Shooting Gallery, and Flying Jesters to earn raffle tickets for the grand prize drawing.

Microsoft's Halloween Party for Kids

For two years in a row CEI was tasked with entertaining the sons and daughters of Microsoft employee's and once again CEI went all out with its Halloween Spooktacular game stations including The Witches Brew and The Creepy Catapult.
