Bring on the spirit of helping others in need! Colleagues and associates network as they assemble and decorate toys for a local non-profit organization. The event is capped off when, unbeknownst to participants; select children from the charity arrive to receive their newly created toys!
We transform your event space into a fully functional toyshop as guests channel their creativity and ingenuity to build toys for a local children’s charity! Hammering, gluing and decorating are the activities for the event as participants enjoy the spirit of the holidays by creating/assembling red wagons, coloring books, musical instruments and other toys. With the help of tools and our friendly elves from the North Pole, guests not only enjoy doing good for the community but also the unique opportunity to network with coworkers and friends!
Holiday music, a winter themed entrance, and a warm greeting by our friendly elves are the first indication that a special activity is in store for your guests. Workshop stations are set around the event with all the supplies needed to build the toys and eager elves to assist if needed. When the building begins, guests select the toys they want to create and the tasks they prefer (designing, assembling or decorating). At the end of the event, the newly built toys are presented directly to the charity, and, if scheduling allows, the children themselves will be onsite to offer their appreciation!
